1. About Elementls

Elementls is a curated collection of natural gemstones, precious metals, jewelry, and objects with history.

Each item is offered based on the information available to us and, where appropriate, our own examination and assessment. Because many of our products are vintage, antique, collectible, or natural materials, individual pieces may exhibit variations, age-related characteristics, inclusions, patina, wear, or other signs of their history.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph each item accurately. Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product listing and photographs before purchasing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from Elementls.

By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, weights, photographs, gemstone information, metal content, condition descriptions, and other product details are accurate.

However, measurements and weights may be approximate, particularly for vintage, antique, or individually crafted objects.

Natural gemstones are naturally occurring materials and may contain inclusions, variations in color, clarity, pattern, and other characteristics. Such characteristics are not necessarily defects and are often part of what makes an individual stone unique.

Vintage and antique items may show signs of age, wear, patina, repairs, alterations, or previous use. Any material condition issues known to us will be disclosed in the product listing or otherwise communicated before purchase when appropriate.

Unless specifically stated in a product listing, Elementls does not represent that an item has been independently certified, graded, appraised, or authenticated by a third-party laboratory or specialist.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Elementls reserves the right to change product prices at any time before an order is placed.

We also reserve the right to correct typographical, descriptive, inventory, or pricing errors. If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we will contact the customer before fulfilling the order and provide the opportunity to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required by law.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through the website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected item.

An order is not considered final until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted by Elementls.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including in circumstances involving an apparent pricing error, inventory error, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to fulfill the order.

If an order is cancelled by Elementls before shipment, any payment collected for that order will be refunded.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment is received, unless a different processing period is stated in the product listing or communicated to the customer.

Shipping charges and available shipping options are displayed at checkout.

Elementls is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For higher-value purchases, Elementls may require a signature upon delivery or use other delivery protections at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Additional charges or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

7. Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an eligible item, please contact Elementls within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

To request a return, please contact us through the website or using the contact information provided on the site. Please include your order information and the reason for the return.

Returned merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received, including any original packaging, documentation, accessories, or other materials provided with the item.

Items that have been altered, damaged, worn, resized, repaired, modified, or otherwise changed after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless Elementls determines that the return is necessary because of an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or materially different from its listing.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for return unless otherwise agreed in writing by Elementls:

• Bullion and other precious-metal products whose value is substantially tied to current market prices

• Custom or personalized items

• Earrings where applicable for hygiene and safety reasons

• Items specifically identified as final sale in the product listing

Because precious-metal and bullion values can change rapidly with the market, orders for bullion and other products specifically designated as non-returnable are considered final once purchased.

8. Bullion, Precious Metals & Market-Sensitive Products

Certain Elementls products are valued substantially or in part according to the current market price of gold, silver, platinum, or other precious metals.

Market-sensitive products may include bullion bars, coins, rounds, and other precious-metal products.

Market prices can change significantly after an order is placed. Changes in market value after purchase do not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, refund, or price adjustment for products designated as non-returnable.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information regarding metal purity, weight, condition, and other material characteristics based on the information available to us and our examination of the item.

Where applicable, testing or supporting documentation may be available upon request before purchase.

9. Vintage, Antique & Pre-Owned Items

Many Elementls pieces have a history that predates their sale through our collection.

Age-related characteristics such as patina, surface wear, minor imperfections, repairs, variations in finish, and other signs of previous use may be present.

We believe these characteristics can contribute to an object's character and history. When a condition issue is material to the value, function, or presentation of an item, we make reasonable efforts to disclose it in the product listing.

Customers should carefully review photographs and descriptions before purchasing.

10. Gemstones

Natural gemstones may display natural inclusions, color zoning, variations in clarity, growth characteristics, and other features resulting from their geological formation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Elementls does not represent that a gemstone is untreated, unheated, or free from enhancement.

If treatment information is known and material to the item, it will be disclosed in the product listing.

Where a gemstone has been identified through testing, the product listing may describe the results of that testing. Such descriptions should not be interpreted as a substitute for an independent laboratory report unless a specific laboratory report is provided.

11. Photographs and Color

We make reasonable efforts to photograph products accurately.

Because monitors, mobile devices, lighting conditions, and photographic equipment can affect the appearance of color, slight differences between an item's appearance on screen and in person may occur.

For gemstones and other objects where color is particularly important, customers are encouraged to review all available photographs and contact Elementls with questions before purchasing.

12. Intellectual Property

The Elementls name, logo, website content, photographs, written descriptions, graphics, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Elementls LLC unless otherwise indicated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Elementls content without prior written permission.

Product photographs and descriptions may not be copied for use in another retail listing or commercial website without permission.

13. Website Use

You agree to use the Elementls website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the website to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
