Nearly a century old, this 1923-P Peace Dollar carries the character of genuine age while preserving the elegant design that made the series so distinctive. Lady Liberty appears on the obverse, modeled by Anthony de Francisci's wife, Teresa, while the reverse presents an eagle resting on a rock inscribed with “PEACE,” an olive branch beneath its feet, and rays of sunlight rising behind it.
 
Minted by the United States Mint in Philadelphia, this coin contains 90% silver with an actual silver weight of .77344 troy oz and is offered in Almost Uncirculated condition. Individual coins ship in protective plastic flips.
 
The Peace Dollar was created to commemorate the end of World War I and was minted from 1921–1928, then again in 1934–1935.
